IntNPairArrFlatBuilder

The type of the Buff for accumulating B1s.

BuffT can be inbuilt Jvm type like ArrayBuffer[Int] for B = Int and BB = Ints, or it can be a compile time wrapped Arraybuffer inheriting from BuffProdHomo.
